Ghosts of the Oaks: The City Park Conservancy will host a family-friendly event from October 17th to 20th to support the park’s merry-go-round garden improvement project at 1 Palm Drive in New Orleans. The event features arts and crafts, a pumpkin patch, trick-or-treating throughout Storyland, and admission includes amusement park rides.
