Speed,diet coke and cigarrettes
because she wants to make money from the book now
I’d rather be skinny and miserable than fat and happy
I remember when the media said..embrace curves. Ditch excerise stop walking stop watching food diets..now..look media complains.. we aren't walking..we aren't excising..we are gorging ourselves…WE…ARE..FAT..AND..UGLY..AND..LAZY..
I don't even have to try.
The sydney reporter obviously eats her fill every 2 hours
Cotton and orange juice
Cigarettes and champagne in my days
Eating tissue 😱🫣🙀
I think the secret is eat a balance meal, eat less carbo & sweets
Girls don't starve yourselves, nature wants you to have curves for child bearing. Even if you don't want children nature will keep trying to hold onto your fat. Trying to look like a skinny boy is never gonna work. Eat a normal amount of food 3 times a day and live your life. Be slim and healthy not skinny.
They live on cigarettes, coffee and cocaine. Tuna in brine and a salad with vinegar. for dinner. An apple if they feel they are gonna pass out. No more than 500 calories a day. If they workout for hours then maybe they can eat more. It's sick. Girls don't do it.
The average supermodel is around 5' 10"/177cm+ and 52-57 kgs (though some of the most famous Euro catwalk models are more 6 foot and 49-52kgs). As a 169cm/5' 6" woman who had an eating disorder and still only managed to get down to 52-58 kgs, I can assure you that none of the supermodels or large majority of the industry are staying thin "the right way." You can even see how defensive she gets when saying that, as if she knows she's lying but still trying to maintain that lie to ensure she doesn't lose her career entirely. Likely, she was making many more judgement calls on who was too fat, and those who were "too thin" for glamour, lingerie, or magazines would immediately be promoted to walking the catwalk for Paris fashion week. Yes, promoted, because anyone can get thin, but few can get and stay very, very, very thin, making them more special or rare (and wonderfully ethereal for hanging clothes on). The scary part is that this industry has changed people's perceptions of healthy to the idea that a healthy woman is one with a BMI of 18 (0.5 below healthy) or less. It's not, and those who fall under 18.5 (i.e., are anorexic), are actually MORE at risk, health-wise, than MORBIDLY OBESE people (FYI, the category "morbidly" refers to the highest category of obesity on the BMI/weight scale, not simply overweight or obese). You can look this up online. Yes (Gemma, Bella, Gigi, Gisele, every Victoria's Secret model, every single other well-known model you can think of – except maybe the very few who are so stunningly beautiful or had plastic surgery like rib removal to get a small waist or to get so pretty, are) MORE at risk of not just health issues like organ failure, sudden death, illness, and cancer, but also mental health issues like suicide, addiction, depression, self-harm, and such that can result in death and further health issues than the fattest people on earth (morbidly obese). And they're believed to be "healthy". Chew on that… terrifying. Again, I had ED, including drug use, extreme dieting, and bulimia. The whole package — and I still wasn't able to get down to and stay the 49kgs I would need to to compare to these tall model girls who are my lowest weight. Finding that out and realizing how much of a big lie this whole industry (and life in general for a woman) is just makes it more horrific. During this time, I couldn't sleep due to the hunger and pain of my bones digging against my skin into the bed. I developed a very unhealthy obsession with food, always thinking about my next meal, how I would eat it to prolong it, how many calories it would have, which options were sugar, salt, gluten, and dairy free (usually grilled meat with very little rice and lots of vegetables), and constantly watching food shows to distract myself from the feeling of hunger in my stomach. I also developed depression due to the lack of nutrients and carbs I was intaking, which in turn led me to see myself in a bad light (low self-esteem), too (it's hard to have self-esteem when you have no dopamine in your system, even if you actually look stunning to everyone else around). Sometimes, I would change and spot something I didn't like, then change and change and change and change clothing for up to two hours before giving up and deciding I refused to go out because I felt so ugly/down/depressed/anxious about my looks. The beauty ideals for women these days are nasty, we've just incorporated more plastic (BBLs, rib removal/adjustment, botox) surgery to give the fake appearance of curviness/womanliness/feminity to an otherwise thin or not so perfect frame. I used to draw pretty women and people, but gave up because I felt it was harmful, promoting unobtainable ideals while also not achieving anything positive in regard to climate change, war, and poverty. I also gave up chasing these ideals for the adoration of others, particularly men. If someone only likes you for what you look like then they don't really care about you. You're also constantly at risk of losing all that if you have a bad week, drop your diet, or stop exercising (though most anorexics cannot do that due to having zero energy). What a waste of life. Exercise to health (nevermind female model proportions my ***, even Gigi's mother forbade her from volleyball because she said she would look like a man.Watching their videos is more than a warning, including eating an almond for hunger, not eating your own birthday cake, and drinking lemon water for breakfast.
She was right. Now we have the whole zoo on the stage. Hippos and elephantine realness like tess holiday
It's called cocaine, puking, and moving food around on their plate instead of eating it.
I may eat tissues just looking for new things to do
Cocaine, nicotine, caffeine, micro dosing meth, etc.
😩this is so sad…….
Time stamps?
the ones who aren't naturally thin starve to be thin. this is the same for actresses. I've read many memoirs/autobiographies written by actresses and all the thin ones acknowledge they barely ate.
WOMEN. Stop calling them GIRLS!
Extreme dieting is a thing of the past. Today, they practice the art of daily brisk walking and walk briskly everyday for the mathematical benefits. That’s it, it’s that simple.
The 'skinny' models in this video all look tall, lean and of a healthy weight to me. Just because the majority of the population is overweight and unfit doesn't mean these slim models are underweight.
I think 1 meal a day, carnivore/keto
meal plan anyone?
Because she makes money out of writing a book. They don't give a fuck about the models.
And here we are❤ curvy models!
Bulimia. That worked for me. But it f***ed my brain up.
Its a fashion show. They require manneqins that are animated. Thats what these skinny models are.
Theyre showing off the clothes not the model.
Everyone wants to be Tall, Thin, and Good Looking….
Cause No One wants to be Short, Fat, and Butt Ugly!
😎
Healthy ways to become slim –
1. Eat 6-8 small meals a day. Your portion size will automatically come down in few days. Many of these should be fruits and salads and dry fruits. Others are veggies.
2. Sleep amply every night.
3. Hydrate yourself properly.
4. Have fun for at least 30 mins daily.
5. Exercise
6. Yoga
7. Massages
8. Eat something natural within 15 mins of waking up
9. Avoid sugar and processed food like plague
Trust me I have researched and these 9 steps have helped many actresses to lose lots of fat. Best part they are also sustainable for life.
P😊ppppppppp
Well they simply do not EAT!
well thats their job. if you want to be fat then quit
Ah, yes, I used to eat tissue and cotton balls, I never got model small though
COCAINE
I think coming at people who come out about it will stop anyone from saying anything
Meant to look up eating disorder testimonies and recovery videos and here I am back tracking and wondering how these models lose weight faster than I do.
The modeling industry is useless it serves no purpose in society it's not essential work
Skip meals, eat smaller meals, and workout. Other alternatives are not healthy.
I'm a 6 foot, naturally thin (small frame measurements) and I was 140 with higher body fat. I lost 10 pounds of fat over 3 years – it was fairly easy.
