Following the Spike in the Graph because of the War in Ukraine. Its Great To Hear that the war in Ukraine is finally over…. As the line in the graph reduces back to normal, and the cost of living goes back to normal! 🎉
Raising interest rate does little to inflation as there are millions of families mortgage and debt free and with lots of cash to spend. Weirdly the best way to control inflation is increasing taxes on goods and therefore stopping people spending more , fight inflation with more inflation sounds crazy but works on the long term
Whats scary is the correlation of unemployment and Job openings.
Either coming towards a financial crash at some point in the next 5 years or we are magically going to be "fine"
Government made inflation
Interest rates don't fix the supply side inflation. Clearly there's a massive shortfall in labour. Rising wages? What about profiteering?
Millossevick : Millossevick calls on BoE ' s MPC ' s members to stay on hold , refrein from action on thursdays , or , Millossevick calls on MPC ' s members for to DISSENT upon gov Andrew Bailley s will to lower borrowing costs or short term interest rates at this point of time ! . 👏👏👏🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Conservatives were doing everything right regarding inflation . Labour want to screw people more looking for us to pay for pay raises for doctors and rail workers . Then inflation will go bk up .
2% inflation is acceptable.
How much does the public salary increases, Junior Doctor pay increases, Train drivers pay rises contribute in addition to the £22bn black hole – c. £12 to 14bn in my calculations – I am calling this the Red Hole created by Starmer and cronies… funny this is not mentioned by the Labour Party – they think the UK population is stupid. Anyone still out there who is happy they voted for this crowd?
Seller the Illusion. Not in my basket it’s getting more expensive!!
We are being ripped off every which way.
There is no correlation between underlying inflation rates and the price gouging we experience for food insurance and energy. Brazen profiteering and record corporate profits!
Inflation is a tax. The best way to contain it is to restrict government spending. 👏
I am glad they use crayons for diagrams 😂
😂😂😂😂
Not in my basket it’s getting more expensive.
inflation being fuelled by labour's policies!
Food is getting more expensive. From where are they getting the data?
