Two clubs hoping to sign Raheem Sterling this summer appear to need a little help from Chelsea.
Raheem Sterling has lost both his shirt number and his place in the Chelsea squad but is open to a move away.
However, the winger is on a big wage bill and could find it difficult to move before the transfer window closes on Friday.
Sterling has been linked with a move to Manchester United, but it remains to be seen if the Red Devils are actually interested in him.

Two clubs interested in Chelsea’s Raheem Sterling
Sterling appears to have suitors, which is hardly a surprise – the 29-year-old is a veteran attacker with plenty of Premier League experience.
According to the Daily Mail, at least two teams have initially shown interest in Sterling.
However, the outlet claims that if he does not agree to a pay cut, Chelsea will have to foot the bill for his £325,000-a-week wages.
That wage bill could be one of the reasons why the Blues are keen to move Sterling away from Stamford Bridge, but Jamie O’Hara believes they should sell Mihailo Mudric first.
Chelsea have been more successful since selling Romelu Lukaku
At the moment, it would be difficult for Chelsea to let go of Sterling, but they have at least made progress with Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku, Stamford Bridge’s other big earner, is among the players the club are looking to sell before Friday.
This is sure to happen as Napoli are close to signing the striker – and indeed, it is said they could close the deal for Lukaku today.
There could be further talks between the Italian club and Chelsea, with the Blues still interested in Victor Osimhen, with co-owner Vedad Eghbali keen to sign the midfielder, who could potentially replace Nicholas Jackson up front.
But Jackson will be fighting for his place and has already been in good form this season, helping his side to a 6-2 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend.
