Shares of media giant Warner Bros. and Discovery (WBD) are falling sharply this morning after the company announced a nearly $10 billion loss, including a $9.1 billion write-down of its TV networks. Investors are looking for safety after the past four or five trading days ended in the red. Wall Street has been in a mixed mood since last week’s disappointing employment report raised concerns about the Fed’s recent interest rate decisions.
