Former President and current Republican candidate Donald Trump aggressively stepped up his social media efforts on Sunday, posting several new messages to X/Twitter, including some that he did not post to his Truth Social account.
The Trump Republican campaign is about to go into overdrive — “Trump on steroids,” as one adviser told CNN — and his beefed-up social media is clearly part of a new “all-out” sprint toward the finish line.
That effort has now included not only being active on the former president’s X/Twitter account, but also trolling his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, in hopes of eliciting a reaction or attention from her.
“As President, I will never waver in protecting America’s security and ideals. Because in the enduring struggle between democracy and tyranny, I know where I stand and I know where America belongs,” Harris wrote in a message Sunday night on the platform formerly known as Twitter.
Trump quote-tweeted the post along with a campaign video attacking Harris as a failed “border czar.”

The post came after his previous posts attacking “Comrade Kamala” on several other election issues and saying she would “lead us to nuclear World War III” if elected.
Comrade Kamala intends to destroy it by giving Social Security and Medicare to the millions of illegal immigrants who are invading our country!

There is no future with Comrade Kamala Harris as she will lead us into Nuclear World War III! She will never be respected by the tyrants of the world!

However, at the time of this posting, Harris had not tagged, retweeted or in any way acknowledged Trump’s return to Twitter or his direct trolling of her account.
