I will be trying this for 30 days. I will give update. I am also walking 2 miles a day and cutting carbs so it might now be accurate. Waist is about 36 inches

Doing this is hard in an asian house bc we a,ways have oily food and if i dont eat it, my mom is going to keep calling me until i eat
this doesn't work. building the ab muscles will actually make ur waist bigger, you need a calorie deficit
