A lot will happen on Wall Street on Tuesday, July 30. Here are three things investors should watch.
Microsoft (MSFT) will report its fourth quarter earnings after the market close, kicking off a packed week of earnings reports from big tech companies including Meta Platforms (META), Apple (AAPL) and Amazon (AMZN). Other stocks to watch after the close today include Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Starbucks (SBUX) and Pinterest (PINS).
One of the big companies reporting earnings this morning is Procter & Gamble (PG). The consumer goods giant reported mixed fourth-quarter results, with both net and organic sales growth falling short of expectations.
Finally, this is a week of notable announcements from central banks. The Federal Reserve begins its two-day meeting today and will announce its latest decision on interest rates tomorrow. The Bank of Japan is in a similar situation, and the Bank of England will announce its decision on Thursday.
