Luke Combs and other country artists are using their talents to raise money for communities in need in the wake of Hurricane Helen’s devastating effects on the Southeast.

Funds raised will be split 50-50 between Combs and Church’s Chief Cares Foundation, which will distribute the funds to organizations of Combs’ choosing.
The show, sponsored by Explore Asheville and the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority, will be held on Saturday, October 26th at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
“The Tar Heel State is where Combs, Church and Taylor grew up and first discovered their musical interests, and it’s where the strings have performed and hosted special events many times throughout their careers. He holds a very special place in his heart for all four artists,” according to the release.

Combs shared the news on Instagram on Monday, writing in the caption that she told everyone, “I have big plans for the Carolinas.”
“This concert required a lot of planning, work and coordination from so many people,” Combs wrote on social media. “We are very grateful to everyone who helped make this possibility a reality at such short notice.”
