Optoma has announced the launch of its Wave series, a mainstream home entertainment laser projector series featuring the Wave110R, Wave110S and Wave120R models in India.
Wave Series projectors deliver bright, vivid images with incredible color accuracy, with brightness ranging from 3,500 lumens up to 4,300 lumens across models, and a dynamic contrast ratio of 2,200,000:1 to suit the size and purpose of your space.
The projector features 360-degree installation and four-corner correction, allowing it to be installed anywhere, such as on the ceiling, wall, or floor, achieving a screen size of up to 300 inches.
The Wave110S uses short throw technology to create a 100-inch screen from a distance of just 1.1 metres, enabling large-screen projection in small living spaces without the need for a separate setup.

Supporting 4K input and HDR (High Dynamic Range), Wave Series projectors feature a slim, compact design and use an external power source to minimize dust intrusion for excellent energy efficiency.
Additionally, the projector is equipped with a DuraCore laser light source that lasts up to 30,000 hours, and the optical engine is sealed to keep out even the tiniest dust particles, earning it an IP6X rating.
“We aim to lead the market with affordable home laser projectors that meet the expectations of Indian consumers who prefer high functionality while keeping overall value in mind,” said Vijay Sharma, Head, India and SAARC, Optoma Corporation.
Optoma’s Wave series projectors are available starting at Rs 360,000.
