Opry Entertainment Group (OEG) has promoted Jordan Pettit to Vice President of Artist Relations and Jen Tressler to Director of Artist & Industry Relations.
“Both Jordan and Jen have helped build the trusted industry relationships and unique fan experiences that set Opry Entertainment Group apart,” said OEG CEO Patrick Moore. “We are confident that their leadership will help us unlock even more opportunities to connect artists and fans as we approach the Opry’s 100th anniversary.”
Since joining the company in 2018, Pettit has been instrumental in creating artist-led initiatives and fan experiences that support OEG’s operational goals. He also serves as a liaison between artists, developing early relationships with country stars as the creator of Opry NextStage and other artist-centered programs. In her new role, Pettit will lead the Artist Relations team in developing unique programs and events that are expected to further strengthen connections with both artists and fans. Prior to joining OEG, he held various positions on the label side of the industry, including 12 years as Vice President of National Radio Marketing for Warner Music Group. In addition, Pettit currently serves on the boards of Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) and veteran charity CreatiVets.
Mr. Tressler joined OEG in 2020 as Artist Relations Manager and was promoted to Senior Artist Relations Manager the following year. Since then, she has helped discover new talent through initiatives such as Opry NextStage, while forging partnerships with labels, artists, and industry leaders. Tressler also represented the company as a member of Leadership Music’s Class of 2024 and ACM’s Level Up Class of 2023. In her new role, she will lead the development of creative artist engagement strategies that support artist engagement with a primary focus on the Grand Ole Opry. . Mr. Tressler previously served as senior manager of industry relations at Vevo, where he oversaw country genre programming as well as relationships with labels and artists.
Liza Anderson is a Subscription Manager/Writer who contributes to many of MusicRow’s features. She creates content, performs general office tasks, assists with daily news operations, and provides support to all team members. Liza graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2021 with a BA in English and a minor in Communication Studies. Prior to joining MusicRow, she worked as an administrative assistant at Anderson Benson, assisting with a variety of functions within the company, including the entertainment specialty practice.
