hello what doctor i could go and see about social isolation and maybe get brain scan ?
KANYE WEST YOUTH ENERGY
Preach every body about it . Then go out for shopping. Sneeze in the crowd. Wipe the door handles of the public wash room with your juice. Then laugh loud.
Thats what happened.
Thank you for the great info. Tomorrow is my last day of iso, its been really challenging but this video has really helped. Ive been revisiting it almost daily. Thank you Doc!
Just have a fat smokeeeee.
After 2 or 3 days you are going to feel great, just smoke tons of weed and you'll be fine
Depends what you are worried about , we are in control of more than most people think , when your personal control is taken away from you by inflicting fear . There is a perpetrator involved . I would advice , researching what is being inflicted on you and find like minded people that are open to calm debate not people that are screaming a narrative of fear at you .
You did it to yourselves folks. Don't comply. Simple as that. Or get used to enjoying the silence. Your pick. Either is fine.
Great video! I'm no Doctor, but I just did a similar one with 46 different ways, let me know what you think!
I don’t know if I am alone in my apartment, or apart in my alonement, but I’m enjoying the peace and quiet so much, I’m glad to be skipping Thanksgiving gatherings.
Wouldn't expect anything less of C4. 1st day of Iso and probably busier and even more stressful than usual keeping a business alive. Just stopped and searched for some advice now at midnight. Might do some breathing and connect on social 'kin media now for some 'wellbeing' 'support' and whatever buzz words. If you are going to offer advice at least be in the real world and not some Hollyoaks utopia where there aren't any bills to pay or actual people you care about that need protecting ffs
isolating in a box room at university is far more difficult than isolating at home
The lockdown was an over reaction to what is a mild illness in most healthy people under 65. Why did BoJo take advice from Professor Pantsdown who has been so spectacularly wrong in the past.
My self isolation is making me want violence to rid of boredom. And that's a fact
I have Agoraphobia and have lived alone for 15 years, so isolation is like second skin to me, understanding what isolation really means can be different depending on who you are, and some people will crack under the pressure after just one week, and some people will be hunting down Grandma's unopened 1000 piece jigsaw as a last resort.
Knuckling down to a month hibernation period might not sound fun, but you'll hopefully be a more centered person because of it.
not that i expect anyone to ever endure 15 years, but i understand how stressful it is, and how getting back to normality is going to be difficult for so many people, Freedom is like a muscle, if you don't exercise it, it can become weak.
I hope we don't have a ton of other problems after this is over.
My wife has symptoms of COVID-19 and I feel we are doomed. I have tried to put on a brave face but there is 9 of us who are in isolation (started today) and me and my wife are in one house. My son is nextdoor with his gran mum and the rest of the family who are in isolation to.
My wife hit rock bottom about half an hour ago.
She was like if I die what will happen to my son and started to cry this then also made me very emotional and I to started to cry.
I did try to tell her dont worry you'll be fine.
I just feel like someones pulled the rug from underneath my feet and I've landed head first on the floor.
People with chronic illnesses and disabilities have lived like this every day for years, time for people to learn some empathy.
To say cases top 18,000 is a lie and everyone knows it! They mean 18,000 positive tests! And maybe 10% of Covid-19 cases are being tested. Easily 180,000 cases now. Don't forget that people have Covid-19 without being tested, so these numbers people toss around are all way too small. In the USA I don't know how you would really get a test because the media spread information that is false. When you call a hotline they ask questions until they get an answer that disqualifies you from testing. You could very clearly have Covid-19, but if you can't be tested, you won't be counted. If I had gone on to die of interstitial pneumonia or ARDS, I would not be counted as a Covid-19 death. But the present US government is homicidally attached to the idea that the public believes all their lies.
lol…. lol…. so some of you need help and a tutorial on how to cope with things that half of the population dealt on daily basis? HAHAHAAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAA
Whatch YouTube documentaris about the leningrad siege
I'm kinda sad that people are apparently so mentally fragile.
Seriously.
You can't cope with being alone for a few days?
Get a hobby.
I could easily stay home for a month straight and not be bothered by it. I have plenty of ways to keep myself occupied and productive.
Doc, I've been having nightmares of flying vampire bats infected with Chinese Corona virus. Is this normal?
The consumer culture embracers are doomed. They ain't going to do anything proactive. They'll play video games, watch p0rn, and whine.
I can self isolate easy. Beats the alternative.
