Recently, VladTV shared a clip of an interview between DJ Vlad and Aries Spears, in which the two discussed Marlon Wayans’ interview fee. The actor reportedly asked for $40,000 plus 30 percent of all future earnings. Vlad thought the amount was too high, but Wayans stuck to it. This led to a heated exchange on Twitter between the two that got even uglier today.
“Marlon Wayans found someone with 200 followers who agrees with him LOL,” Vlad began tweeting. “No one on earth would pay $40k for an interview with Marlon when he only gets 100k-300k views on every platform he does it on. This guy is seriously delusional.”

“Are you mad? You’re unprofessional,” Wayans responded. “If you don’t like the number, go ahead. You look bad. You should back off. Are you mad that a black guy gave you his number? And now you’re going out there in public and trying to use your position to drag me down. I’ve never done a dumb negotiating move like this in my life.” The back and forth continued, with Wayans commenting on Vlad’s appearance, which sparked an interesting response. “Marlon Wayans, it’s a shame you don’t find me attractive. Luckily we’re both straight,” he wrote, before going on to urge him to “come out” and take part in gay porn.
Wayans responded, telling Vlad to leave him alone and sharing a link to a YouTube video titled “Why Black Celebrities Will Never Respect Vlad TV.” Vlad also tweeted that he is “too hated by the urban community to deal with,” claiming that he is “loved” and Vlad is not.
