Lea Michele is now a mother of two children.
On Sunday, the former “Glee” star announced on social media that she and husband Zandy Reich had welcomed their second child, a daughter named Emery Sol Reich.
“Our hearts are full 🤍 Emery Sol Reich 💕,” Michelle captioned the Instagram post, along with an adorable photo of Emery’s legs.
Michelle and Reich, who married in March 2019, welcomed their first child, a son called Ever, in August 2020.
In March of this year, the “Scream Queens” star announced that she and Reich were expanding their family and were expecting their second child.
“Mum, Dad and Ever are overjoyed 💛,” Michelle wrote on Instagram, alongside a photo of her bare belly.
Two months later, she revealed the gender of her baby in another post on the social media platform, writing in the caption, “Today is the most beautiful Mother’s Day. Holding the son that made me a mommy and pregnant with a daughter. 💕💐.”
While appearing on Katherine Schwarzenegger’s podcast “BDA Baby” last month, Michelle opened up about suffering “two very early pregnancy failures in a row” while trying to conceive.
“I’d never had a miscarriage before,” she said. “The first one, I thought, ‘That’s weird.’ Then I had another one pretty quickly, and I thought, ‘Hold on, something’s not right.'”
Michelle revealed that she was diagnosed with endometriosis after battling “terrible period pain” and “a lot of stomach problems,” and that her medical team in New York prescribed “a lot of drugs and medication and 1,000 injections” before she was finally able to get pregnant again.
