While the Kardashian-Jenners have been credited with starting numerous fashion and beauty trends over the years, there’s one thing they don’t want to be judged for: the unrealistic appearance ideals that many say are pervasive on social media.
During the second episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” on Sunday, host Andy Cohen asked the Kardashians if their glamorous photo shoots and sexy swimsuit pics impose beauty standards that are unreachable for other women, but Kim Kardashian, 40, quickly interjected to offer her own perspective.
“No I don’t. I wake up, I work, I train,” Kim said of the early morning workouts she and her sisters often share on social media.
Kendall Jenner, 25, explained that her family’s biggest priority is staying “healthy,” and she hopes fans can sense that from their social media posts.

“We’re all really enjoying taking care of ourselves and being healthy, so I think what we’re really trying to express is just being the healthiest version of ourselves,” Kendall said.
At the reunion that followed, Khloe Kardashian spoke candidly about the bullying she’d endured over the years about her appearance, saying she was often accused of having a “face transplant” but admitting she’d only had a few cosmetic surgeries.

People say, “Oh my gosh, she had a third face transplant,” but I only had one nose job. [with] “Dr. Raj Kanodia,” Chloe said.
She continued, “Everyone was so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it?,” but insisted, “No one has ever asked me specifically about my nose.” “You’re the first person to have asked me about my nose in an interview,” she continued.
As for other cosmetic procedures that Khloe has had, the Good American co-founder has tried a few others: “I’ve had injectables, of course, but I’ve never had Botox,” Khloe said. “I had a really bad reaction to it.”
