Professor Prashant Kumar, head of Film Dimension, Meerut, recounted the incident during a recent discussion.
The Navda Film Festival, organised by the Deendayal Kamdhenu Gaushala Samiti at Farah in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, offers a golden opportunity to short film enthusiasts to showcase their work and win generous cash prizes. Participants can submit short films centred on various themes related to the sacred cow.

The State Vishwa Samvad Kendra Braj is coordinating the event. Additionally, the festival is supported by Meerut Film Society, headed by President Manoj Kumar Srivastava and Secretary Amrish Pathak. The Society is actively promoting the event through poster display in educational institutions to ensure maximum participation from the Meerut region.
