EXCLUSIVE: Emmy-nominated actress Gaby Hoffmann, known for her work on Amazon’s Transparent and HBO’s Girls, has signed with Odenkirk Provissiello Entertainment for management roles.
Hoffman has been nominated three times for an Emmy Award — twice for Outstanding Supporting Actress for her role as Ali Pfefferman in Transparent and once for Outstanding Guest Actress for her role as Adam’s quirky, seductive sister Caroline on Girls. She currently stars opposite Benedict Cumberbatch in the acclaimed Netflix limited series Eric, in which she plays a distraught mother with her missing son.
Hoffman began his career as a child actor, landing high-profile roles in films by directors such as John Hughes and Nora Ephron, with early credits including Uncle Buck, Sister In Love and Field of Dreams.
Hoffman’s recent notable work includes the indie films C’mon C’mon, Wild, Obvious Child, You Can Count On Me and 200 Cigarettes, as well as television’s HBO series Winning Time directed by Adam McKay. He will next appear in the Netflix limited series Zero Day opposite Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons and Robert De Niro.
Hoffman, who is also a director, has directed episodes of Transparent and HBO’s Room 104.
