Italian firefighters rushed to the rescue of a 45-year-old tourist who they say had a heart attack while visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa on Wednesday. Firefighters helped the man down from the tower’s sixth level before he was transported to hospital.

I swear if they start putting railing on this beautiful building because of one idiot I’m gonna scream 😅
Sending prayers to the person rescued and the brave rescuers. 👏🫶🙋🏼♀️
And they missed to tell us how he got up there in the first place 😅
Nice booty with hip sway, too. Hero by day and Chippendale by night! 😉 In all seriousness, this looked like a scary rescue but very proficient. Thank you to all first responders for saving lives! Stay safe! 🙏
Wow. Super exciting video 👏👏😂😂
Wondering why they took so much trouble and danger from outside the building to bring the 45 years old tourist with heart attack down. Why not use the staircase that the tourist walk up? It is only 6 storey. Fire fighter are train and fit to do it with stretcher. Walking down also requires less effort. Maybe the staircases are spiralled?
Thank you for your service God bless you always 🙏 ❤️ ♥️ 😘
I do not understand this rescue. Why are they on stretchers? Did they fall? Are they hurt?
😢😢😢
У людей,как у людей,а не как у нас в России кверху жопой!
How did this person get up there in the first place. I would think this is off limits area.
Firefighters will always be my heroes. They've saved me from some scary situations. God bless them, every one. ❤
Hope the poor guy has a good recovery!
What happened to the tourist?
Another meaningless video. There's nothing to see here!🤷♂️ 👎
Why are these EMTs dressed like actual clowns
I didn't know you could go in it
Whoever is uncharged of your social media campaign sux and should be fired! Why do your shorts almost always just explain the obvious and rarely ever go into details about the event. Take this video for example, we can clearly see the firefighters rescuing someone from what is also very clearly the leaning tower of Pisa. What is not clear is why they needed rescuing.
I hope this person is okay!! Thank you EM team!! 😊
The guy was only 45 and had a heartache. Those steps must be brutal
Why did they need to be rescued?
How did they get outside. You can only walk inside
Notice there’s no railings. It’s a slick marble floor that slides right off. And it’s tilting a lot more than you think until you’re up there. I was young and joked about post like I was falling off the side of the building. My boyfriend took a picture of of me goofing around like that, but it’s no joke up there. It’s remarkably dangerous, and the building is so old and so well visited that when you walk up the marble stairs up the center it’s a circular staircase, the marble itself has been worn out in the middle so you can’t even get a foothold you have to try and put your foot on the edges of the stairs where there’s still a stair shape because the center is just worn out to be a slide like you could just slide down it on your rear end. It’s extremely scary and dangerous. I thought they had it closed because of the risk that it posed, I didn’t realize they had reopened it to tourists until they leveled up the building again which I think was a project they were working on because it was going to fall over.
Oh God, yell me it wasnt an American! 😣
I am impressed on that long extension arm and all its joints that it held up and did not just crack and break in half call pieces
Is spandex the new dress style 😮for medical professionals
Someone please help me…this is my uncle….I am from Sri Lanka….help mee…😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
God Bless those Firefighter heros!
Yet again, death trying to make a spectacle of themself 🙄🙄🤭 Rather epic story for the man
Did they bring a Pisa, I mean pizza? 😅
I loved being in the Tower. They've corrected the lean now.
Truly heros! Thank you for your service!!
What kind of idiot would really try that!?!
If I went up there I’d have to be rescued too. Cause I’d never make it back down in my own legs. 😂😂😂
