Arkansas Film Society’s 2024 Filmland opens today through Sunday with screenings, workshops, panels, happy hours and an after-party at the Arkansas Museum of Art, 501 E. Ninth St., Little Rock. Highlights include new film “Daddio,” screening at 7 p.m. Friday, starring Dakota Johnson as a young woman who strikes up a conversation with cab driver Sean Penn while traveling; and “Sing Sing,” at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, starring Colman Domingo as a man incarcerated for a crime he didn’t commit and finding meaning in life by joining a prison theater group.
