Palace Entertainment has announced a new licensing agreement with Fred Rogers Productions, the producer of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.
Through a multi-year licensing agreement, U.S.-based Palace Entertainment’s six theme parks include Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Alma’s Way, Donkey Hody and Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. ” and other IP-inspired programs.
Guests can enjoy immersive experiences and interactions with characters from Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, including special events and shows at the following parks:
Dutch Wonderland in Pennsylvania, Adventureland in Iowa, Castle Park in California, Lake Compounce in Connecticut, Idlewild & Soak Zone in Pennsylvania, and Storyland in New Hampshire.
“Our new relationship with Palace Entertainment will bring our characters and brand into homes across the country,” said Christopher Arnold, chief operating officer of Fred Rogers Productions. “The experiences we create together will foster moments of joy and connection for all families.”
Dutch Wonderland has already launched new licensing partnerships, offering character interactions with Daniel Tiger, Katerina Kittycat, Miss Elaina, Oh the Owl and Prince Wednesday.
These characters from Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood will rotate every other week until the last weekend of October.

According to a press release, Palace Entertainment plans to expand its partnership with Fred Rogers Productions in the future.
Palace Entertainment is a U.S. subsidiary of Parques Reunidos. The company welcomes millions of visitors annually from more than 20 locations across the country.
Earlier this year, it was reported that private equity firm EQT had begun a strategic review of Parques Reunidos that could lead to a sale of its U.S. operations.
