Burnley are interested in signing Manchester United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri.
The options at present are either a loan deal or a permanent move, with the Tunisia international having one year remaining on his United contract.
If the deal goes through, the 21-year-old will bring Championship experience to Burnley after spending the 2022/23 season on loan at Birmingham City, where he recorded one goal and five assists in 38 games.

Hannibal joined United from Monaco in 2019 and came through the club’s youth academy, making 13 appearances for the club’s first team and 27 caps for Tunisia.
He was loaned to La Liga side Sevilla in January 2024 for the remainder of the 2023/24 season.
The deal included a fixed €20 million including add-on options and had a fixed buy-back clause for United, but also a clause to sell the midfielder, an option that the Spanish side did not take up.
Burnley next play Sunderland on Saturday, while United face Brighton & Hove Albion on the same day.
