Brittany Cartwright says she “want nothing to do with” Jax Taylor.
The 45-year-old reality TV star is set to appear in season two of The Valley after recently being released from a psychiatric facility, but Jax’s estranged wife isn’t considering a reconciliation at this time.
A source told People magazine, “Jax is set to return to filming season 2 of The Valley after spending some time in a psychiatric hospital. It’s been a difficult time for him. He’s been in therapy for the past 30 days.”
“Brittany supported Jax’s decision to seek help for her son, but has no interest in having anything to do with him going forward.”
Brittany and Jax announced their separation earlier this year, but she later admitted that a reconciliation remained a possibility.
“It’s certainly a possibility, but I’m not going to waste any time and put myself in a dangerous situation again,” Brittany told Us Weekly.
“Now the veil has been lifted and I see that I have always done Jax dirty. I am thrown into the middle of all these conflicts and am constantly forced to apologize on his behalf to the media and to our friends. It’s painful.”
Brittany believes she doesn’t need Jax to thrive.
The 35-year-old reality TV star, who has three-year-old son Cruz with her estranged husband, said she feels “really strong” and financially independent.
“I feel really strong,” Brittany, who previously appeared on Vanderpump Rules , said.
“At first I panicked. I came to LA for Jax and we moved in together straight away, so I’d never come here on my own. But now I have my own friends and my own money.”
