Gay porn actor Justin Heath Smith, 42, known as Austin Wolf, has had his Twitter account (aka “X”) suspended for violating the social media platform’s rules. The reason for the suspension was not disclosed, but Smith was banned from the platform shortly after posting a portion of a video he filmed himself having sex at John Reid Fitness in West Hollywood. The footage can best be described as some kind of twisted sex with a bit of fantasy. He has nearly one million Twitter followers.
The video he posted to Twitter, which likely led to his ban, shows POV footage of Smith seducing Damien Gray, a young gay porn actor who is of legal age but appears to be underage. The graphic footage shows the two men seducing each other on the gym floor at John Reid Fitness, and eventually making out in the gym showers. (At the time the video was filmed, Smith had 936,500 followers.)

Shortly after posting a video of himself engaging in sexual acts with what appeared to be an underage man, Smith was arrested on suspicion of distributing child pornography. He is accused of sending and receiving at least 200 videos, including one showing a 10-year-old boy being tied up and raped. The charges were filed on June 28, 2024, by U.S. Attorney Damien Williams of the Southern District of New York and the FBI.
“As alleged, Justin Heath Smith received and distributed hundreds of recordings containing child pornography, including horrifying videos of young children being bound, beaten and raped,” Williams said in a press release. “The investigation against Smith is ongoing. Anyone with information about Smith’s actions is urged to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Along with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue child predators and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.”
Smith is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn. MDC is a federal administrative detention center in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn, New York City, that houses male and female inmates of all security levels and is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the U.S. Department of Justice. A judge ruled that Smith is a danger to the public and a flight risk.
His lawyer, Thomas H. Andrykowicz, said Smith faces unproven charges, is being held in inhumane conditions and is being denied basic medicines.
Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesman Benjamin O’Korn confirmed that Smith is in federal custody at MDC but declined to discuss specific charges due to “privacy, safety and security reasons.” O’Korn emphasized that the federal prison system provides essential medical, dental and mental health services to all inmates and has programs to address inmate concerns.
Smith’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 28, 2024. If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of five years and a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
