Aleksa Avramovic is fresh off a summer of playing for the Serbian men’s basketball team at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The 29-year-old has been one of the team’s best players, averaging 10.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game through seven games.

Avramovic was teammates with Hawks star Bogdan Bogdanovic during the Olympics.

Avramovic appeared in 24 EuroLeague games with Partizan Mozart Bet last season, averaging 10.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game while shooting 49.7 percent from the field and 29.5 percent from three-point range.
He currently plays for CSKA Moscow.

Meanwhile, the Hawks finished last season with a 36-46 record and the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference.
