The official Twitter/X account for the anime based on Nisio Isin’s work, @nisioisin_anime, has officially uploaded a creditless version of the ending to the anime Bakemonogatari to celebrate reaching 500,000 followers. The ending was released alongside the anime in 2009, but was never available online. The ending uses Supercell’s “Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari,” the band’s first song not to feature a Vocaloid.
Bakemonogatari Anime – Ending
Bakemonogatari is the first anime adaptation of Nisio Isin’s light novel series Monogatari, illustrated by Vo Fan. The season was directed by Akiyuki Shinbo and Tatsuya Oishi. Shinbo also wrote the series composition alongside Toshiro. Character design was by Akio Watanabe. The season consisted of 12 episodes and was followed by Nisemonogatari and Nisemonogatari (Black) in 2012. These three works are often considered the first season of the TV anime.
Monogatari Series Second Season aired in 2013 and covered six arcs of the light novel. The Monogatari Series Final Season adaptations, including Tsukimonogatari, Owarimonogatari, Koyomimonogatari, Owarimonogatari II and Zoku Owarimonogatari, aired from 2014 to 2019 in a combination of specials, TV anime and movies. The prequel novel of Kizumonogatari was adapted in the form of three movies, Tekketsu, Nekketsu and In Cold Blood, which were later combined into a new cut under the title Kizumonogatari: Koyomi Vampire. The franchise is currently adapting the novels from the off-season and monster seasons.
