We Are Royale has hired Erin Serletic as Head of Growth, Gaming and Entertainment. As a business development executive for a variety of gaming, entertainment, television and streaming companies, Erin has a proven track record of cultivating brand relationships, matching clients with creative talent and driving revenue growth. Her portfolio spans 360 marketing campaigns, rebrands and refreshes, graphics packages, in-game cinematics and asset creation, IP launches, immersive experiences and event production for clients such as Disney, Activision Blizzard, Riot Games, SYFY, Marvel, FX Networks, NFL Network, AMC, Meta, Hulu, ABC and NBC Universal.
“Erin’s extensive experience in branding and marketing, particularly in the gaming and entertainment space, makes her a natural addition to our team,” said Jen Lucero, co-founder and CEO of We Are Royale. “Her passion, integrity, and progressive business development strategy align with our strengths as a studio and the direction of the industry. On a personal note, she’s a joy to work with and always brings clarity and enthusiasm to connect with colleagues and clients. We’re grateful to have her join the team.”
“I’ve long admired the prolific creative work and people in We Are Royale,” says Erin, “They simply operate and create in a different stratosphere, and they do it all with purpose and love.”
After foundational roles at various creative and design shops in the Atlanta market, Erin continued her career in business development roles at Trollbäck+Company in New York City and Santa Monica-based design studio Belief. These roles prepared her for her groundbreaking role as Head of Client Partnerships at Capacity. From growth strategy to account management, Erin played a key role in expanding the company’s TV client list. Erin was instrumental in the company’s strategic expansion into gaming, securing creative partnerships with AAA game developers such as Riot Games, ESL, and Blizzard, and continues to work with the same clients today.
Erin next moved into gameplay capture at Dark Burn Creative, then into experiential and event production as VP of business growth for games and entertainment at NCompass, where she was part of the team that reimagined Hallmark Media’s Upfronts with a series of innovative experiences. Additionally, she led the upcoming launch event for Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws. Building on these experiences, Erin co-founded Clove, a boutique experiential studio.
“It’s been incredibly beneficial to branch out into new industries and specialisms, but I’ve found working in design, branding and motion graphics to be extremely rewarding,” Erin concludes.
Erin is a proud supporter of initiatives and organizations supporting women in marketing and entertainment, including Women-Led Games, which helps connect female developers and entrepreneurs in the games industry with venture capital funding and marketing resources, and the Global Entertainment Marketing Academy of Arts & Sciences (GEMA).
