As SVP of Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment, Dokke will continue to oversee the label’s radio promotion while focusing on enhancing fan engagement and consumption through innovative marketing strategies.
“Working with Scott and Jimmy over the past few years has been the privilege of a lifetime and I’m incredibly grateful for their continued trust in me,” said Dokke. “I have great faith in our incredible roster of artists and passionate team, and I’m proud that Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment has grown into an inspiring creative hub for artists and music to thrive.”
“Throughout his tenure, Ryan has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of industry trends and has been an invaluable addition to the team, and we are confident his leadership and innovative thinking will drive our company forward,” says Jimmy Hahnen, president of Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment. Hahnen continues of Thoen, “It has been a pleasure to watch Andrew rise through the ranks over the last decade. His unwavering dedication and passion for the industry and our membership as a whole has been instrumental to many of this crew’s wins, and we look forward to watching him thrive in this new role.”
Thoen will move from Director, Northeast Promotion & Marketing to Director, Streaming & Digital Partners/Radio Promotion. He will spearhead the label’s streaming initiatives and advance Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment’s strategy amid an evolving music industry landscape to increase artist awareness and grow streaming revenue, while continuing to oversee marketing efforts for the label’s roster of artists and radio promotion in his territory. Thoen will report to Dokke.
“I’m incredibly grateful that Jimmy and Ryan have placed their trust in me over the past decade and have treasured building relationships with our country radio partners,” said Thoen. “I’m excited to foster connections with streaming partners that will help elevate artists’ music to new heights.”
