Can Donald Trump break 50 on the golf course?
Bryson DeChambeau knows it — and everyone else will soon find out too.
The LIV golfer, who was eliminated from the British Open last weekend, played a round with the 45th president for his “Break 50” web series, previewing the episode that will be released on Tuesday.
“It’s time for @realdonaldtrump to show YouTube what he’s made of,” DeChambeau said in an Instagram post showing a photo of himself and the Republican presidential candidate standing arm-in-arm.
The round came just weeks after DeChambeau, the reigning U.S. Open champion, proposed a match between Trump and Joe Biden after a nationally televised debate in which he touted both men’s on-course prowess.
“Let’s settle the handicap debate. I’ll be hosting a golf match on my YouTube channel @realDonaldTrump @JoeBiden,” he wrote to X on June 27.
Apparently at least half of his wish came true.
DeChambeau is known to be a fan of Trump: He has the Trump logo on his golf bag, has been paired with Trump in a pro-am and even gifted him a set of golf clubs.

DeChambeau celebrated his U.S. Open victory at Pinehurst No. 2 Golf Club by stopping off at Trump National Golf Club in New York, where he was congratulated by President Trump via video and sipped wine from the trophy.
Still, the 30-year-old insists that the latest 18 holes he played with the presidential candidate had nothing to do with politics.
“In this special episode, for every score under par I will donate $10,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project. Stay tuned,” he wrote to X.

“To be clear, this is about golf and giving back to our nation’s veterans, not politics. A few weeks ago I reached out to presidential campaigns from both parties and @realDonaldTrump accepted the challenge. It would be a great honor to play golf with a current and former president. You’re welcome to join me for a Blake50 anytime.”
