A Country with Two Daughters Sometimes Entertainment
Since being founded in 2016 by Chairman James Leattrass, Two Daughters Entertainment has quickly established itself as an emerging force in animation. Its debut series, Molly, streaming on Peacock, currently airs globally in 30 languages and 160 countries. Telling the story of Molly, a charming, optimistic young mole who lives in a burrow deep beneath Windsor Castle in the bustling mall town of Windsor, the show features the voice cast of Warwick Davis, Stanley Tucci and Gemma Arterton.
Currently, Two Daughters Entertainment is aggressively expanding with original stories and newly acquired IP, most recently exhibiting at Cannes with The Land of Those Times, the first of three new films it is producing in collaboration with Tony Nottage (Saving Santa, Moley) and his Nottage Productions.
Featuring a voice cast including Ewan McGregor, Helena Bonham Carter, Alisha Weir and Jessica Henwick, the film tells the story of twins Alfie and Elise who experience more than they expected when the Wish Collector whisks them away to an island filled with seasonal wonder. There, they face mechanical foes, fantastical creatures and a truth brighter than any wish – the power of family. Kaleidoscope Entertainment is handling international sales.
