“We’re excited to host John Huston and other rock legends,” said Bumbleberry Theatre owner Stan Smith. “With John in the theater, we’re sure it’ll be a fantastic evening of entertainment.”

Featuring music from Styx, Journey, Foreigner, Aerosmith, The Who, Led Zeppelin, REO Speedwagon, The Doobie Brothers and more, “Legends of Rock” is the ultimate tribute show to the best of rock and roll from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The band is made up of five guys who love rock and play it well, all of whom are professional musicians with decades of recording and touring experience.
Bandleader and keyboardist John Huston played in Gladys Knight’s choir, the Unified Voices of Saints, and is currently in seven bands, four of which tour the U.S. and Canada. He is also the musical director of the Hale Center Theatre in Gilbert, Arizona, and owns and operates a recording studio.
Houston is a renowned studio engineer, session keyboardist and touring keyboardist/bassist with a background in vocal music from Southern Utah University. He is also the inventor of the Houston Rocket, a strummable electric clavichord that produces a unique and memorable sound.

Between studio work and live performances, he keeps busy year-round and has been earning a living as a self-employed musician since 2004. Houston has recorded over 1,000 songs and can also be heard daily on radio stations throughout Southern Utah.
Lead vocals and guitar are provided by Luke Randall of “American Idol” fame, who played hundreds of shows as the house guitarist for “The Piano Man: A Tribute to Elton John and Billy Joel” at the Mosaic on the Las Vegas Strip. Randall is a talented guitarist, pianist and vocalist, has released several albums of original material, and is not to mention an exciting showman.
Lead guitarist and vocalist Rick Houston has played guitar and sang in several rock and country bands in Utah, Nevada and California, as well as entertaining at private and corporate parties for decades. His extensive musical background dates back to his early childhood when he was able to sing harmony by the age of six.
Originally classically trained in guitar, bassist Joe Costello earned his Doctorate in Musical Arts from Arizona State University and has been teaching music to students of all ages for over 30 years. In addition to playing in various bands, he shares his love of music as a studio instructor and musician at Costello Family Music in Sahuarita, Arizona.
Rounding out the lineup is Dutch Workman, an accomplished studio drummer with a traditional jazz background who has lent his talents to hundreds of recordings and performed live in front of thousands of enthusiastic fans with artists such as Eric Dodge and Tom Matz.
