would it be better to do fruitarian+legumes? i am envisioning 60% fruit 30% legumes 10% vegetables (calorie-wise).
Would love to know his blood insulin levels. Most blood test only measure blood glucose or A1C.
No one in the comments section is educated in basic human nutrition and it shows. This is NOT healthy.
I been on the Fruitarian path for about 4 years but I only eat fruit, no vegetables at all, I don't drink water, don't take supplements. Last year I ate just watermelon for 160 days and I just feel so much better eating this way than when I did on the s.a.d. I'll never go back. This lifestyle is cheap compared to how I used to eat cause I used to eat out a lot. I feel great all the time, it's such a simple way to live and eat, it's so easy. I don't use a stove, barely use the fridge, I have no dishes to wash, I don't own pots or pans or skillets, I don't cook, no recipes, and I don't eat nowhere near 6k calories a day, (wow that's a lot) but I don't run marathons either. ๐๐ the simplicity of this life is what I love. And imagine the only thing going in your body being fruits, the highest frequency food on the planet.

Yesterday was my first day eating fruit all day but after work when I got home at midnight I had a half a Hershey bar and handful of chips. Today is my first day only eating veggies and fruit and Iโm going to make sure to keep it that way tonight when I get home
I did this to lose 85 lbs in a year and a half. Unfortunately my body didnโt have the fatty acids (nuts, seeds, fatty oils avocados.) my body became very acidic which I wasnโt expecting so I had to cut the diet ๐ I had a range water melon, berries, citrus, apple, banana, a long list and canโt remember anything else.

All species have their species specific food… Out of millions of species we are not the exception lol… We are all humans… We are not all different lol… Only difference might be in taste preferences… geniuses…lol
Most species eat one thing at time… They do not mix countless foods, unless there is human intervention

Then there is the protein myth… We are frugivores… not carnivores or whatever other crap is out there… the more protein you consume the faster you age & die…
Eating excess protein shortens the telomeres at the end of our DNA strands at a much faster rate thus we age & die faster…
Eating meat or other garbage will accelerate your metabolism because your body does so in order to rapidly expel the garbage you are consuming…
The vast majority of frugivores look much younger than they actually are, notice most people have heavy wrinkles in their forehead area & their upper eye lids are not visible, looking very old comparatively… Same with body builders or excess protein consumers maybe a little less but still heavy forehead wrinkles & almost no upper eyelids
Everyone is chronically dehydrated… the more years eating garbage the more dehydrated; so it comes down to a lifetime of eating garbage not being too old…

If we didn't have the 10 – 20 lbs of dried up old material in the small intestine we would be ok drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water a week & getting most of the water we need from fruit…
That 10 – 20 lbs of old material is requiring us to drink 4 to 8 water bottles worth of water a day… which can be a hassle to do… about 128 ounces…
Fruit mono meals are optimal & doing a 21+ day water fast to get rid of the old material to actually be healthy, anything else is subpar…
You aren't healthy up until you have a heart attack, stroke, or cancer; those are all years in the making…
Amazing… The accomplishments humans have made yet we haven't even scratched the surface of our potential since most of humanity doesn't even function at an optimal level…
When you eat cooked foods, animal products, & processed food the body/stomach goes into digestive leukocytosis where it raises the body temperature & creates more white blood cells & sends them specifically to your digestive tract in order to fight off the toxins being consumed…
If you actually eat properly your white blood cell count should be lower than "normal" & a doctor will probably mention so when you get tests done; but remember it is considered "abnormal" because all they see on a daily year by year basis is mediocrity which is the baseline for normal…
Your body temperature will also be about 2 degrees lower than "normal"… this makes summers not bad at all while most "normal" people struggle during the summer time…
You will have strong cravings when attempting to go eat fruit mono meals as the body will begin to have more energy to cleanse & heal…
Remember only the body heals the body…
Not eating garbage simply frees up energy for your body to cleanse & heal
Problem is you could eat fruit mono meals (naturally) for years & not get anywhere near the level of a 21+ day water fast, let alone get rid of the old material in the small intestine.
Night & day difference in how you feel & function for sure though.
However you could do many 7 day water fasts & never come close to the power of a 21+ day water fast; as the body doesn't reach the deepest part of the cleanse until about day 11.
Strong detox symptoms just like any hard drug….
Your body will crave all kinds of garbage just like a heroin addict will crave heroin when trying to sober up…
Your taste buds will start to get cleaner though & you'll slowly begin to enjoy the true taste of quality fruits; real food…
