The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) main index closed on Tuesday at 4,429.00 points, up 33.95 points or 0.77%.
A total of 136.4 million shares were exchanged for AED 403.88 million during the session.
Emaar Properties recorded the highest sales with Dh134.55 million, while Drake & Skull International (DSI) dominated the volume with 19.74 million shares.
Dubai Insurance Company led the advancers with 14.58%, while Sudan’s Al Salam Bank led the losers with 5.02%.
Similarly, the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX) benchmark index rose by 1.222% to 9,258.71 points.
ADX’s sales reached AED 1.16 billion with the exchange of 268.05 million shares, and its market capitalization reached AED 2.85 trillion.
International Holding Company had the highest sales of AED 181.28 million, while Modon Holding was the most active stock with 39.88 million shares.
Abu Dhabi National Building Materials Company was the top gainer with 7.44%, while Alam Group led the losers with 9.88%.
