The Dallas Cowboys had a gut-checking victory over the Steelers in Pittsburgh. Dak Prescott led the Cowboys on a game-winning drive that culminated with a fourth-down, 4-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Tolbert with 20 seconds left. To bring victory to Dallas. Prescott threw for 355 yards and two touchdown passes, but also threw two interceptions and a fumble that gave the Steelers the ball in the red zone.
Pittsburgh not only stole the ball three times, but also blocked a field goal, but the struggles of the Pittsburgh offense were central to the loss. Dallas outscored Pittsburgh 445-233, and the Steelers were only 3-of-12 on third down for the game. Those struggles are sure to reignite the fire over the Steelers’ quarterback position, with Russell Wilson telling NBC Sports before Sunday Night Football that he won’t be ready for the Steelers’ game against the Raiders next week. He said he is doing so.
Both teams are 3-2 after Sunday’s game, with Dallas hosting Detroit in Week 6 and the Steelers heading to Las Vegas.
