Mr Beast has declared that he won’t let Cristiano Ronaldo overtake him as the most subscribed YouTube channel without a fight and wants to work with Lionel Messi to stop him from doing so.
Earlier this week, the YouTuber appeared on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast with KSI to talk about MrBeast’s upcoming Amazon series, the launch of Lunchly, and Ronaldo’s remarkable rise to threaten the title of YouTube’s most subscribed channel. We talked.
Ronaldo only joined YouTube in August, but he has already amassed 63 million subscribers to his account, setting a new record for the most new subscribers in a single month.
When the conversation turned to Ronaldo’s meteoric rise to YouTube fame, Mr. Beast (real name Jimmy Donaldson) said, “I broke the world record for most subscribers in a month. Ronaldo will appear in a month.”
Mr Beast called Ronaldo the “real-life Mr Liz” and admitted he is “smashing” his new venture.
“If there’s a player who can overtake me, it would be Ronaldo,” he admitted.
That said, the 26-year-old said he wasn’t going to “go down without a fight” and added: “If… [he’s] “To counter the threat of Ronaldo, we have to collaborate with Messi,” he said.

On August 21, Ronaldo announced on Instagram that he had posted a “surprise” account promotion for his YouTube business, encouraging his followers to “SIUUUbscribe.”
In just 17 hours, Ronaldo has amassed 14.6 million subscribers and uploaded 19 videos with over 40 million total views.
In announcing the opening of the channel, Ronaldo said, “I’m very happy that this project has come to fruition. It’s been in my head for a long time, and now I finally have the opportunity to make it happen.”
