Celebrity Cruises plans to begin its larger cruise fleet with new cruises in 2026.
The cruise line is offering its first major voyage from Canada to Southeast Asia, lasting over three months. The voyage will visit 55 destinations in 15 countries over 110 nights, making it the longest cruise without a port of call.
“Grand Voyage offers guests the ultimate way to indulge their wanderlust while enjoying Celebrity’s award-winning service and amenities,” the cruise line said in a news release Tuesday.
The company’s president, Laura Hodges Bethge, said the itinerary was inspired by customers’ “love of continuous voyages.”
When is the celebrity voyage?
The cruise will depart from Vancouver on September 13, 2026, aboard the line’s Celebrity Solstice, carrying 2,852 passengers. The ship will be refurbished before setting sail and will be “fresh out of dry dock,” according to the release.
Where does the cruise sail?
The itinerary begins with an exploration of Alaska, including Hubbard Glacier and Icy Strait Point, before departing to warmer regions.
“After soaking up the sun on the shores of Hawaii, guests sail to French Polynesia and Fiji, where they snorkel over coral reefs in the tranquility of the South Pacific, visit eco-parks home to rare and protected species, and explore tropical and explore the rich culture of these island nations,” the cruise company said. Passengers then head to stops in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand and more.
Singapore, Vietnam and Hong Kong round out the trip. Other activities include visiting the beaches of Koh Samui. Seeing temples. Learn how to make local recipes at cooking classes.
