The Beast of Bladenboro Festival, also known as Beast Fest, is gearing up to bring a weekend full of excitement, community engagement, and entertainment to downtown Bladenboro, North Carolina. The annual festival is a two-day event that celebrates local culture and provides a platform for vendors, artisans, and performers.

On Saturday, October 26th, downtown Bladenboro will be filled with lively vendors selling arts, food, crafts and more. This is a great opportunity for local entrepreneurs, business owners and crafters to showcase their products and services to an engaged and vibrant audience. music entertainment
Beast Fest features live music on Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday night, October 25th, the crowd will be treated to a performance by Walaine Gass and the Pink Slips Band, sponsored by State Farm-Eddie White. Saturday night, October 26th, will be headlined by Sykes Paving sponsored band The Tones. Both bands promise to deliver high-energy shows that will keep attendees entertained throughout the festival.
Smash the Beast Tennis Tournament
In addition to music and vendors, sporting events are also a major highlight of Beast Fest weekend. The 2nd Annual Smash the Beast Tennis Tournament will be held on Friday, October 4th and Saturday, October 5th at the West Bladen High School Tennis Courts. The event is sponsored by Four Counties EMC and is expected to draw tennis enthusiasts from around the region, providing competitive play and fun for participants and spectators alike.
Family fun and activities for kids
There are plenty of activities for families and children to enjoy during the festival. Beast Fest’s Fun for Kids section includes carnival rides, costume contests, hula hoop contests, free buggy rides and free face painting. A variety of local businesses generously sponsor these activities, including Duke Energy, Term Mechanical, Smith & Sons Heating & Cooling, Bladen Online, and Lash & Mane Salon. This allows children and their families to have a day full of fun, creativity and laughter.
