He may go further and remove part of his nose to look like a Marvel Comics villain.
But Venezuelan comic book fan Henry Damon, 37, underwent stomach-churning surgery to look more like Red Skull, the Nazi supervillain from Captain America.
Damon, now calling himself Red Skull, already had a subdermal implant in his forehead, but had the tip of his nose removed as the first step in his transformation.
He also has black tattoos on his eyes.
The operation was performed by Emilio Gonzalez, a medical school dropout who now specializes in tattooing and body surgery.
Damon is said to have undergone numerous psychological tests before undergoing the surgery.
“Henry, aka Red Skull, is a physically and intellectually healthy individual,” Gonzalez said.

“He’s a great son, husband and father and is extremely passionate about body transformation.
“Most of my clients know that body modification is the ultimate stage of body art. Everyone knows very well what they want. Not only Henry, many of them have been waiting for me for years to make their dreams a reality.”
But that’s not all.
“Next I’m going to get silicone implants in my cheekbones, chin and cheeks. Then I’ll get a full-face red tattoo and become the Red Skull,” Gonzalez added.
Damon was photographed at the annual Venezuelan International Tattoo Fair in Caracas last week.
The Red Skull first appeared on screen in Captain America: The First Avenger, played by Australian actor Hugo Weaving.
