London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) is reviewing more than 700 cases involving children who were seen by a former orthopaedic surgeon.
The hospital says its taking allegations surrounding “botched operations” on children’s limbs “incredibly seriously.”
It has emerged at least one child had to have a leg amputated following procedures carried out by Yaser Jabbar at GOSH, while others suffered leg length discrepancies needing further and prolonged care.
