On Saturday, the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs 41-34 in dramatic style, achieving one of the most thrilling wins of the college football season.

Alabama led 30-7 at halftime, but the game turned around in the second half. Georgia cut the deficit to 33-15 heading into the fourth quarter and scored three unanswered touchdowns to take a 34-33 lead with 2:31 left in the game.
On the next attack, Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe found star freshman wide receiver Ryan Williams for a 75-yard touchdown to regain the lead. Williams still had a lot of work to do, spinning to avoid the defense and dashing into the end zone.
“I had to do my part to finish the game,” the 17-year-old said after the game, according to ESPN. “We had gone too far. Someone had to make a play.”

Ole Miss had time to mount a drive of its own, but Rebels kicker Caden Davis hit a 48-yard game-tying shot to left.
“It was just a hard-fought, tough game,” coach Mark Stoops told reporters after the game. “I’m proud of our coaches for staying the course… We got better every week… I couldn’t be more proud of this effort. I know it’s one game, but it’s been a long time. It’s important because it’s the work I’ve been working on.”
No. 12 Michigan held a 24-3 lead at the end of the third quarter and appeared to be heading for a victory against Minnesota, but the Golden Gophers made a late comeback and the Wolverines held on to a 27-0 lead. They won against 24.
In front of a crowd of 110,340, Michigan held a commanding lead as its defense forced two turnovers, had four sacks and eight tackles for loss, and blocked a punt.
But while Minnesota fought back with three touchdowns in the fourth quarter, a controversial penalty with 1:40 left halted the second-half attack, and Michigan was bailed out by an offsides call against the Gophers.
