A UAE national involved in a car accident in Ras Al Khaimah has been airlifted out in a rescue operation by the Ministry of Interior.

In a video shared on social media platform X, visuals of the car’s badly damaged front end can be seen. Parts of the hood and front bumper were damaged, exposing the internal machinery. The helicopter landed in the middle of the road and paramedics quickly jumped out to help the injured driver. The Emirati man was transferred from an ambulance to a helicopter on a stretcher.

Video footage shared by MOI shows a rescue team by his side, assisting him throughout the journey. He was then transported by helicopter to the hospital.
Recently, authorities rescued the crew of a commercial vessel transiting United Arab Emirates (UAE) territorial waters after they suffered a health emergency. He was airlifted to Sheikh Shakbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi to receive the necessary treatment.
