dubai [UAE]September 27 (ANI/WAM): The UAE Embassy in Cotonou, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Benin, organized a roundtable discussion entitled ‘A Must-Win Bet: Cooperation in Investment and Trade between the UAE and the Republic of Benin’. . Both sides discussed investment opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
The event was inaugurated by Mohammed Saeed Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the UAE to Benin, and Amour Marie Ako, Assistant Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Benin, and was attended by a large number of representatives from various ministries and government agencies. In addition to the business community and corporations, 120 Emirati companies were also in attendance, as well as officials from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Economy.
Both sides featured presentations on key investment opportunities and discussed ways to foster investment and trade relations.
