Patrick Mahomes is going to have nightmares about Justin Simmons.
Simmons intercepted a Mahomes pass late in the first quarter of a Week 3 Sunday Night Football game between the Atlanta Falcons and Kansas City Chiefs.
It was the sixth time Simmons has intercepted a pass from Mahomes. No other player in the NFL has recorded more than two interceptions against Mahomes.
Below are some of the Twitter/X reactions to Simmons’ latest comments:

Simmons, of course, played for the Denver Broncos from 2016-2023 and had the opportunity to face Mahomes and the Chiefs twice per season.
Denver waived Simmons this spring to conserve salary-cap space, and the 30-year-old safety ended up signing with Atlanta. Sunday was his first interception with the Falcons. Simmons has 31 interceptions since entering the NFL as a third-round draft pick out of Boston College in 2016.
