British rock band Oasis have confirmed they are reuniting for a tour next year and are planning a string of live shows, 15 years after splitting up due to a feud between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher.
“The guns have fallen silent, the stars have aligned. The long wait is over. Come see us. It won’t be televised,” Oasis announced alongside tour details on Tuesday after days of speculation around a reunion.
The group, known for songs like “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” said they plan to play 14 shows across the UK in 2025, before continuing internationally afterwards.
The band will play 14 shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin.

The reunion will begin on 4 July 2025 at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, before the band play six shows in their hometown of Manchester’s Heaton Park.
Oasis will then headline London’s Wembley Stadium on 2nd and 3rd August and Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on 8th and 9th August, before traveling to Dublin’s Croke Park a week later.
“Our only European show next year will be one of our biggest live events of the decade and tickets are likely to be the most sought after,” it said in an online statement, adding that tickets would go on sale on Saturday.
He also said plans are underway for live shows outside of Europe later next year.
The band formed in 1991 and had a long history together until tensions between the brothers came to a head in 2009 when Liam smashed Noel’s guitar at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.
At the time, Noel said: “I can’t work with Liam another day.”
Although the brothers haven’t performed together since, each continues to sing the band’s hits in front of sold-out crowds.

The brothers had a long-standing rivalry before their split and reportedly did not speak to each other for years after the 2009 incident.
Next year’s reunion will come 30 years since Oasis first released the album (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? in 1995, which featured the singles “Don’t Look Back in Anger” and “Wonderwall” and received international critical and commercial acclaim.
In 2019, Liam told The Associated Press that he wanted to repair his relationship with his brother.
“The most important thing is that he and I are brothers,” he said. “He thinks I’m desperately trying to get the band back together for the money, but I didn’t join the band to make money. I joined the band to have fun and see the world.”
