The Washington Post reports that Sean “Diddy” Combs is on a list with 100 people who will help Elon Musk take control of Twitter in 2022. Earlier this week, Musk was forced to disclose a list of 100 shareholders in Twitter (now TwitterX). The hip-hop moguls also include venture capital firms, Saudi princes and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey. Musk originally provided the list as part of a lawsuit brought by former employees, according to the Washington Post.
According to the lawsuit, the employees accused Musk of “violating the arbitration agreement.” The former employees claim that the Tesla CEO did not pay them after acquiring the company. Shortly thereafter, the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press filed a motion seeking unsealed documents. Diddy and his team have not made any public statements about the recent information. While the news is shocking, it is a minor part of the bad boy CEO’s problems.
Diddy continues legal battle over sexual assault allegations
Last year, Cassie sued Diddy, accusing him of rape, physical abuse and human trafficking. Almost a day later, the two settled for an undisclosed amount. The former couple was together for 11 years, from 2007 to 2019. A few months ago, CNN obtained a video of Diddy violently assaulting Cassie. More recently, TMZ reported that one of the women who accused Diddy of sexual misconduct met with Miami police.
According to the outlet, Adria English, the woman who was allegedly assaulted at a white-hot party in 2004, met with authorities last week. She filed a civil lawsuit against the notorious mogul, but no legal action was taken. Miami Beach police confirmed to the outlet that they met with English, but did not provide any evidence to move forward. However, they did say that they had passed the information on to federal authorities. English’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, told TMZ that she is “cautiously optimistic” and plans to file another police report in New York.
